November 2024:
To Will or not to Will?
Deciding whether or not to write a will is one of the most important choices you can make to ensure that your wishes are honored and your loved ones can be cared for. After you're gone without a will, your assets and property may be distributed according to the state laws, which might not align with your personal desires. It will allows you to designate beneficiaries, appoint guardians for minor children, and outline specific bequests, giving you control over your legacy.
